According to HW monitor my Amd Fx-6300 is running at 20C-25C and in games it won't go over 40C, is it a good idea to overclock it at those temperatures or should i get a new cpu cooler?

Yeah stock cooler, and my case has other cooler master fans on the rear, on the front, on the side and on top. I'll look for some guides and I'll give it a try then.

well, if you just run your processor in stock clock, your cooler is decent..

but actually, no matter how good is stock cooler, it won't be enough for overclocking..
so, if you wanna push your processor to the higher clock, you should buy a aftermarket cooling..

coolermaster 212+/evo is the best price performance cooler.
it'll handle your processor heat at 4.2-4.4Ghz flawlessly..
