cpu overclocking with cm evo 212 help!

i have a amd fx 8350 with a brand new cooler master hyper 212 evo... how high of a oc can i do with this cpu cooler? the cpu cooler before(stock) i oced with it to 4.3 ghz completely fine with max 55c nothing more. and im hoping to get to atleast a 4.5-4.6 ghz oc from that with new cooler... can i ?

Sounds good, try raising the multiplier alone and prime it, see if it's stable we take it from there.
