CPU overheat Advanced Warfare, recomended settings please

Hi I have a slightly loose Fan (Arctic freezer 13) I cant get it tight enough to chip as its fairly old so it works but not too well, what I am looking for is the settings to lower to ease cpu load for the overheat, It normally comes up with the warning just after multiplayer level load its not so bad once running. please advise
AMD 8350 black
8gb ram
7950 3gb

Cant I gave it away really need to know what video settings in game are gpu intensive
