What did you change and why?

I might suspect that your reinstallation of the pump block was faulty.
Did you clean and use new paste?
Did you screw down the pump evenly, a bit at a time in a crosswise pattern?

At idle, I expect to see 10-15c. over ambient temperatures.

I changed the fans on the radiator, I never removed the pump or the bracket, somehow it overheats now, will take to microcenter and see what they say.

What was the purpose in changing out the radiator fans?
Are the radiator fans now working?
Are they moving air through the radiator?
Dangle a tissue to see the direction of the airflow.

They are an intake at the front of my case and yes the fans move air through, I think something broke when I was moving all those parts to install the fans since I did not have any thermal paste on hand right now
