I have a Ryzen 2600 recently switched from 1600 where I did not have this issue. Today my pc turned itself off and wouldn't boost. after reset CMOS and some testing, I saw my CPU at 115c during the benchmark and around 70-90 while idle, I thought at first it was due to me not properly attaching the heatsink or dust in the heatsink so I cleaned it out and reapplied thermal paste and tested again with no luck. This was with the freezer 33 I then switched to the stock AMD cooler that comes with the CPU and have the same results. Please help no clue what do atm
(I used core temp,3d mark results and hwi to check temps and used artic mx-4 thermal compound
