Helped a friend transfer his computer into a new case (because of high temps) with better airflow and more room. He was using a Corsair 220t with a glass front and now bought a 4000d airflow.

His Spects:
CPU: i5 10600k
Motherboard: Msi Mag z490 tomahawk
RAM: 32 gb Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200 mhz (2x16 gb)
GPU: rtx 2070 Msi Gaming x Trio
CPU Cooler: Msi core liquid 240r

We transfered everything and after starting the computer his cpu was running at 70°C on idle and after starting a game was running 100°C. We firstly checked if the pump was running in the BIOS and switched it from PWM to DC. Because the case had new fans we checked if they were running right and set them into smart mode. After all that the cpu was still running hot and we then took the aio of and put on new thermal paste, that also didn't help.
His temps were hot before the transfer(he was only running half the fans, because of the gpu length and the the RAM) but not as hot as after the transfer.

What could be the problem here and how can i fix it?
