cpu overheating all time

I have a problem with my laptop. This computer is medion akaya s5612.http://gadgetaz.com/Laptop/Medion_AKOYA_S5612--3162
It have heat problem. Its reinstalled, win7 system, activated. With speedfan test: temp01: 67C. Core 01 and 02 57. And the usage is 100%. So when i try to play one video it going to upper heat, and in 67C the computer turn of and restart. The fan is clean, i put thermal pasta. What can i do with it?

With usage at 100% that's most probably a software/OS problem. Check task manager to see which process is causing it. Could be a problematic driver too.
