Cpu overheating and shutdowns

I just cleaned my coolmaster hyper x3 evo and apply new thermal paste.. And in idle usage i have 60C temp, even in the thought of watching twitch my pc shutdowns..

Motherboard: Asrock 960vgs3 fx
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 3.2

Wasnt better at and i thought with a good clean i will solve the problem... Voltage are in default i think... When i had first install the coolmaster idle was at 37 to 40.. But weather wasnt that hot... Last weeks that days got hotter starts this problem.
my_setup pretty tight and the back fan isnt working
 
Try running with the side of the case removed - if the temperatures go back to normal, then you need working case fans.

If temperatures stay high, you have a problem with your CPU cooler

My son's 8 year old Phenom II x4 is running 4Ghz at 1.42 Volts on an old tower cooler similar in size to a hyper 212.
 
The left cover is always open like in the picture and the fan cooler new... I bought it last Christmas... And its runnning at 2300 2500 rpm as you can see in the oc tuner pics... In my original post
