- Idle - Stock Cooler

I put a big fan outside my computer so that it won't shutdown when playing demanding games. The cooler has never failed me until recently. While playing less demanding games it goes up about 10C, but on demanding games, it gets to 95C and then shuts down.
I've reapplied thermal paste, tried to clean out dust, I don't get it. Is the cooler just reaching the end of its lifespan or is my CPU messed. (2.5 ish years)

Specs:
GTX 1060 3GB
Ryzen 5 2600
B350M GAMING PRO MOBO
16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance Ram
SSD
HDD

NOTE: GPU temps are perfectly normal, both idle and under load, so it's not just airflow.

SOLVED: CPU fan wasn't tightened in all the way so full contact wasn't being made.
