Hi all,

I am having a big issue with my PC.

I had it on overnight, GPU mining Electroneum.

When I came to use it this morning, it had gone to sleep. When I woke it, the fans started going mad, CAM told me the CPU had exceeded 99 degrees and it went to BSOD.

Even when I boot to BIOS, it still heats up super quick and I have to shut it down.

I have tried replacing the thermal paste, I've removed the GPU, HDD, SSD and cleared the CMOS.

The last time I tried it, the monitor didn't display a picture, but the sound came through distorted and then started making a loud electric crackling noise.

I've got the following setup:-

Intel i5 6600k
Asus ROG STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING
Asus ROG Hero ix
EVGA SuperNOVA 550 PSU
Kraken X62 AIO
Corsair - Vengeance LED 16GB RAM

I recorded a vid of the noise it made, so will look to upload that so you can hear.

Anyone got any ideas that I could try, before I take it to a professional to diagnose?

Thanks,
Ash

Sounds as if the pump in your AIO has failed. I had the same problem once before with a Corsair H60. If your cpu is heating up just going into your bios then its more than likely your AIO has died.
