For the last few days my cpu has been overheating by just using youtube or google chrome, the temperatures are around 70-84 C ( HWmonitor).
At idle or when I go on desktop they go down to 35-50 C
While gaming temperatures are 70-84 C.

The temperatures wouldn't get so high before, max was 74-76 while playing dead rising 3 and when using google chrome or other games it wouldnt pass 60 C.

My cpu vcore is showing 2.040 V, this was showed before too, when temperatures were allright.(I know is too high but this has been shown in hwmonitor and cpu Z since I first downloaded them, a while ago, and my temperatures were fine.)

I changed thermal paste 1 day ago, cleaned my pc, my cpu stock cooler working fine and none of this helped.
I tried updating my bios (was A02, now A07) cause I dont have the setting to change vcore from bios, neither in the update. (It doesn't show vcore either)
Also i see that the power usage of the cpu goes from 25.10 to 79.90 W(up and down), and when im using youtube stays in 79.90 and thats when my temperature goes up ( i dont know if this means anything)

I really dont know what else to do, so if you can help would be great.
PC specs:
cpu: Intel core i5 650 3.2 Ghz
Motherboard: Intel h57 (BIOS A07)
PSU: EVGA 600 W bronze
Gpu: gtx 770

In my case all software showed 105 C and i was worried then i installed Intel extreme utility and it was saying thermal throttling 50% then i replaced cooler and still showing 80 C but no thermal throttling, then i installed speedfan and it was showing 56 C which is the correct CPU temperature because i had no thermal throttling and at 80 C my CPU would be ashes. Check with various programs, see if you have any thermal throttling.

I downloaded Intel extreme utility, it wasn't showing any thermal throttling (0%), I did a stress test for 5 minutes and still didn't showed anything
Results:
Temperatures 95-100 C
Processor frequency: 3.4 Max

I noticed that when im using youtube my processor frequency is 3.33 Ghz constant with temperatures of 70-75 C, is this normal? (processor frequency)

Yes it is, it has turbo boost. If you dont encounter any thermal trotthling, install speedfan and check temperaure, for me was the best choice, told you i was getting same reading, for this cpu it is not possible to reach 105 C, it was long dead if it had that temperature.

Yeah, I also have speedfan and is showing the same temperatures :/ , maybe i need a new cooler or my cpu is damaged, i wanted to see my vcore but I cant, maybe with a multi meter but im not sure where to check it, nothing else has worked and i dont know what it could be!
Maybe you want to know too that i tried changing the RPM of my cooler higher (3,000 - 3,500 RPM), when the cpu temperature was 70-80 C, and the temperatures were the same, didnt helped.
