CPU overheating, idle 50c stress 80c

Specs:
Corsair H55 Liquid Cooler
AMD FX 8320 no OC
MSI 970 gaming Mobo
8GB DDR3 1333mhz hyper X Fury
Gigabyte 7950 windforce
Corsair cx600m
Already changed the thermal paste, cleaned it as best I could. This just started happening when I got my motherboard yesterday. Out of hope at this point.

Have you updated the bios on the board? Could be some voltage out of wack

I haven't updated anything on the bios yet other than amd turbo which I disabled
