Hello,
I bought a razer blade 15 a few years back it has a GTX 1060 and a Intel Core i7-8750H. This computer has major issues with cpu temps overheating while im playing CS:GO. When in game my FPS goes from 150-200 to 35 in gunfights. What are the best ways to fix this throttling!

Solution
More cool air and/or colder air. It's August in the northern hemisphere and that's typically the hottest month of the year.

There's not much to be done but crank up the air conditioning to get cooler air through the machine. That's assuming you have already done all the cleaning needed.
