CPU overheating while playing games

every time i start my laptop and run some programs it's getting warm i think that's normal but when i open up any game it just gets too hot and than it shuts down but i wonder if there is any solution for this to get my laptop not overheating ow and i'll say something else too a half year ago my pc ran perfect while playing the same games it's just since i resetted my pc and took another language for my pc it started getting warm by games so should i use my primary language again like always or just English like now and sorry for all those questions but i'm not that smart about computers anyway thx for your patient and help

This same thing happened to my old laptop, there's a small fan cooling the CPU. BLowing it out won;t do much but taking the plastic back off your laptop then removing the small fan and cleaning it will set things straight. that or buy a cooling pad which goes underneath and has built in cooling fans

i opened my pc a week ago but i couldn't really open it just only a bit and i saw there was dust indeed but idk how i supposed to blow the dust away when you can't even put a finger in the opening what can i use for it?

thx when my homework is finished i try it and i think it might be the answer for my problem because i didn't clear the dust for 3 years
