Long story short, so i got 6/ 360 as my first AlO cooler and was pretty excited to try it on. After installing with my case laying flat on the floor, i did a quick test to check the temperature and it was okay, better than my previous air cooler but not that much. Anyways since everything worked so i stood the case up to plug in all the cable and tried again Assured than pump went hard, that was when i released something wrong and decided to check the temp in bios. As soon as i get to bios i saw the temp keep spiking up so though there was something wrong with the cold plate mounting and pressure. So ireland it with new thermal paste and made sure all the bolts were tightened properly, Then the same thing happened again, laying fat worked and standing up fall. Has anyone ever experienced it? Thanks in advance!

Where is the radiator mounted? What direction are the coolant lines coming off the block? Upload a pic to imgur.com and post the link here.

I use antec C8 with top mounted radiator. I tried to shake and reinstalled but it didn't work ..
Well it does appear to be installed correctly so I'd suggest checking the tubes to see if one is heating up. It may be possible to hear something abnormal from the pump if there's air bubbles getting in. Generally speaking if it was that then the temps would be a little higher than normal, but wouldn't keep climbing.

Right, both fan and pump are working as i check in the bios. And one of the tube is pretty hot

If one tube is hot then liquid isn't properly flowing and that's the source of your problem. It's extremely hard to say what the exact problem is here since you said it was working when on its side.
Exactly, all i could think of is there gotta be something wrong with the fluid like not enough? Bcz for example if i had it lean forward the pump which is the frony of the case it could somehow work for a little too before shutting down. I now have to use the 5yo air cooler as an alternative

Yeah that's the problem it could be almost anything, but since it's new I think replacement/return is the way to go.

But it is such a strange issue, bcz if the problem comes from other parts then the old air cooler shouldn't work.
Oh it's definitely the cooler. I just meant that it could be a clog, not enough fluid, debris or some sort of manufacturing defect. I don't think it's worth spending time trying to figure out why it isn't working properly since it's new and installed correctly.

Hi everyone, i am having a hard time dealing with this AIO (Thermalright Grand Vision 360). It is a brand new one but appears to be faulty. Here is the video when i had it tested. The AIO seems not to have enough water so it only works with certain radiator placement positions and most of them are like when i have to tilt the radiator towards the pump location so it has enough water to start working like in the video
