So the title is basically the problem, my CPU runs at 90-100C on idle (<Mod Edit> I know), Ive tried replacing the thermal paste, cleaning fans (all running at top speed),I use the Enermax Liqmax Water Cooler and the radiator is cool to the touch so it should still be functioning (but the actual heat sink is HOT)?
I use an i7 7700K CPU @4.20GHz, NVIDIA 1070 GTX, 16GB Gskill Ripjaw RAM, and a MSI Z270 mobo.
Ive had my setup for 3 years now with no upgrades? Maybe its just past her time?
