Please keep it to 1 thread
Hi my PC has slowly over the last 2 months increased in temperature. It's sitting at 80 idle and hitting 100 with games. I've only had the cooler since December and I built the PC February 2021.I've done everything I can think of switching fan orientation, cleaning the case, re applying the CPU cooler and thermal paste, and undervolting
My current rig is a i9 10850k,32gb of ram, msi mag z490 tomahawk, a lian li 360mm Galahad, EVGA xc 3060 12gb a EVGA bronze 850 watt PSU.

I have the same 10850K running all cores at 4.9 GHz. I am using a Corsair H100i RGB PRO XT.

Full load temperatures running Cinebench are excellent.

There seem to be a lot of issues with AIO coolers lately. Some have located the pump inside the radiator which seems to cause problems. The Corsair AIO coolers have been around for a long time and work well long term. I recommend the H115i if you plan to do some overclocking.

It sounds like you already figured out the problem being the pump failure, check for any power cables that need to be plugged in for the fan/pump on the liquid cooling unit, also possible you picked up a faulty unit.
I am running a i9-12900KF with heatsink/fan setup. My CPU has yet to generate enough heat to push the fan to need to spin enough to be loud even while gaming on max settings at 4k.
