So. I'm 90% certain my pump has failed on me or smth like that. Anyways:
- I've remounted it twice now, and reapplied thermal paste. Same issue.
- I checked all the SATA power connections and everything seems to be all connected.
- The top rad fans are in complete working order.
- When I feel the actual pump I can't feel any vibrations like I've read online.
- I checked my BIOS and briefly was able to log into windows where, in both instance's, I noticed my CPU Temperatures reaching 100C within 1 2min of starting up.
- I'm out of ideas.
How do I proceed?

Solution
Is this a new AIO or one that has died on you? If its the latter then you are probably correct-if you have checked thoroughly for all connections, made sure everything is seated properly and can't feel/hear the pump running it probably died on you. It seems to be a common occurrence for people on these forums. Maybe invest in a nice air cooler in the future-less points of possible failure.
