[SOLVED] Cpu Package Temps Hot

So i've been experiencing frame drops when gaming,so i download hwmonitor too monitor then I saw the cpu package is hot.When cpu package reaching to 85c cpu clock speed drop to 1.77ghz and the voltage drop too but cpu temp is fine (10c-35c)what could be the problem?

specs:
cpu-x4 860k
cpu cooler-Deep Cool IceEdge Mini FS V2.0
motherboard-A58MDP 6.3

The Hwinfo tool is dependent on what your motherboards sensors give it as info, might be that it reads something wrong as the cpu temp. Would just take Package as cpu temp and look at that.
Might be that your cooler doesn't make great contact, try and reseat, see if it helps, use fresh paste. If you don't have fresh paste buy some, is not that expensive.
