I ordered a secondhand g4560 which arrived wrapped in bubblewrap with no antistatic packaging - is it likely to be damaged?

Solution
...
pink bubble wrap is antistatic
Yes it is, but there are clear bubble wraps that are also anti-static. It's hard to know for certain. And even un-safe bubble wrap can pick up finger oils and such that will absorb just enough atmospheric moisture to be, effectively, 'anti-static'. The scarier thing is something you'd never know: how did the seller handle the part? Did they carry it around all day in a shirt pocket before they got around to wrapping it up for shipment?

That's why buying used electronics hardware is always a crap shoot. In the end, all you're relying on is that the part is designed with good enough internal anti-static protection to keep it safe. Oh yeah...and a good DOA return policy.
