Cpu Parking is it bad for laptops? plus hyperthreading cpu?

So I got an i5 6200u and it got hyperthreading, plus I game on a laptop, should I unpark my cpu? or no? explain why please =)

Unless you are experiencing lags while it's unparking, leave it be, helps saving battery and lower the temps.
