CPU [PC] does not turn on.

Hi,

My [strike]CPU[/strike] PC seems to have stopped working today. We were turning house power supply on/off today, while my [strike]CPU[/strike] PC was left on sleep. I came and tried to turn it on, and it didn't. I have slightly tested the [strike]CPU[/strike] PC for faults, the power supply cable seems to be good, I have disconnected the PSU and tested to see if it's working, which it is and after that, I'm not sure what to check next.

have you tried resetting your CMOS? the power state of your current PC must be confused preventing it from starting.
