CPU possibly broken after forced shutdown

I had to perform a forced shutdown of my desktop after it wouldn't shut down properly, and when I tried to boot it up again the day after, there was no display input from either of my GPUs or the motherboard HDMI port. I took a look inside the case and now see the red EZ debug CPU LED lit up, meaning there's something wrong with my CPU. Can I do anything at all to try and fix this? I've only got a couple more weeks left of my vacation and I'd really hoped to be able to use this time for gaming, so having to make an RMA claim would kind of ruin my whole week.

It was most probably a symptom rather than a cause because shutting it down forcefully can only affect OS and not the rest of system.
