can i use a 4pin power connector psu to a motherboard jetway hi 16-b75 have a 8 pin with any card graphic and any cpu i5 2gen or 3erd gen or i7 ? hope i get the answer

if the motherboard need a 8 pins atx you psu must have it might not work good on a 4 pins on lt also you could not use gpu cable on this connector and the same for gpu you could not board atx connector on it .
