CPU power pinout

Hey guys, I was doing some cable sleeving. Thought it would be a better idea to just remove 1 cable at a time instead of making a pin layout, but in frustration I removed 2 cables and now I am not sure where each is supposed to go. Hopefully someone can help me out. I have a Seasonic X-660 and my CPU requires only 4 pins.
