CPU Power throttling (lenovo 720s-IKB)

I recently bought a Lenovo 720s-IKB with a i7-7700HQ and a GTX 1050ti Max-Q. In the beginning, When I first started gaming, the gpu clocks wouald hit about 1690 Mhz and then drop down the 1152 Mhz. Then I undervolted the cpu and gpu and i was getting a boost clock of around 1650 Mhz but the cpu was throttling down to 2.4 Ghz. Can anyone please identify and solve the issue?

Check temperatures with HWInfo, Coretemp and/or MSI Afterburner.
Maybe they throttle because they get to hot?

No the temperatures are cool enough for it to not throttle. The CPU is around 85 degrees and GPU around 72 degrees.
