Question CPU problem on new MB (5 beeps)

Hello guys

I bought new intel i3 10100F with new MB Gigabyte H410M H and RAM Patriot - 8GB - PC4 - 21300 2666MhZ

After assembling i'm getting imediately 5 beeps error which indicates CPU error. It's possible to have wrong CPU ?

Yes, i do nVidia GTX 1060, tried connecting, disconnecting nothing happened

5 beeps is usually CPU failure. Take the CPU out, check the socket pins for damage and place the CPU back in if there are no bent pins. Do not do this unless you have thermal paste available to reapply on the CPU cooler.

I already checked pins with zoom, it's allright, i did not touched it.. so idk..

5 beeps could also be RAM, reseat it or try a different slot

What is the CPU cooler you are using?

Tried cmos clear several times, also battery replace

5 beeps is a problem with the CPU. There has to be either something wrong with the CPU socket pins or less likely with the CPU itself. The stock cooler doesn't or shouldn't apply enough pressure to shift the pins out of place like a large tower cooler sometimes does.

So, i tried reseting cmos , unplugged power from power supply, restared after 30 minutes and suddenly everything works...

EDIT : After first reset, problem is back...

same problem with spec of MB and CPU unit. have you solve the problem?
