cpu problem up to 80 to 90 degrees

everytime i play the game.my cpu hot index is up to 80 to 90 degrees..can help me what should i do?

You can remove cooler....replace thermal paste....reinstall cooler and MAKE SURE IT'S SNUG.

You can inspect your case fans...make sure they are running up to snuff.

You can clean filters etc.

You can add case fans.

You can possibly relocate the machine to a cooler area.

Intel cpu? Stock cooler?
Intel use very bad quality thermal paste in cpu , causing 20+c increase in temp and comes with tiny weak cooler
