Question CPU Problem

So, 4 -5 weeks ago my borther and i tried putting in a new hardrive, and we couldnt find the sata cables, so we risked it with bitcoin cables, and my pc refused to turn on. we finally found the sata cables, and after a few minutes, it turned on. ever since, my ssd fried, my cpu speed is always 0.8ghz, utilization in task manager is always 27% and below, and the bios says my cpu temperature and fan speed are 0.
