CPU Problems

Hello.

I've got a i5 3570k Ivy Bridge and when I try to stream or play Diablo 3 the CPU usage goes to critically 96% but when I play Starcraft 2 or League of Legends the CPU usuage is around 20%. Someimes the CPU usuage goes crazy when I've just to many tabs on Google Chrome. (The sound that comes out of the desktop when the CPU usuage becomes so high is really scary, cause I'm really afraid of the computer.

Please help. 🙁

post your complete system specs
uhm make sure you have installed all of the drivers meaning audio driver, chipset driver, video driver, motherboard drivers etc

Temperatures of the cpu at load ? try cpu-z.
Try updating the bios of the mobo, windows updates, drivers etc.
