CPU PSU and Mother

Hi there I had a problem recently my PC chut down and won't boot up again I put in a new PSU but it won't turn on either how can I tell if either the mother or CPU are gone, the fans still turn on as well as the LEDs on the motherboard

you mention LED's on the motherboard which one and what colour ?

The PSU is a evga 600b the mother is an Asus h170z pro gaming and the CPU is a Core I 5 6600k the LEDs are red but it has always lit on that color so I think is just aestethics and turn on the same way as always

on your motherboard see image below bottom right there is a single led light is that one red ? next to Sb_PWR
