Hi there everybody!

Past few weeks I've been having some crazy issues with my new pc, one of which has been new h100i gtx I got.

The fans don't seem to be registering on Corsair link or anything else I allows me to speed them up.

I'm thinking of buying a 3 pin molex adapter for for the whole pump, but I should probably need to keep at least 1 header in a "cpu fan" header on the motherboard to be able to change the rpm.

My question is; what 3 pin cables should I plug into the motherboard, and what which I should be plugging into the adapter which go's into the cpu.
My opinion would be that the pump go's into the molex adapter, and the fans are left on the motherboard.
Or should I put all 3 headers into the modex adapter, and "corsair link" will still be able to control the RPM?

Also, final question. there is a cpu fan header called "cpu_opt" on my asus vii hero.
What am I supposed to be plugging into this? The pump, or fans?
And since there's only two cpu fans on the board (included the cpu opt one) I only have those anyway.

Sorry if I'm my post is a little confused, I'm getting thoroughly sick of this thing. XD

Cheers!

I meant 3 pin, whoops.

So, what do I need to do to get my fans able to be recognised and to be able to change their RPM, because atm, Corsair link doesn't even recognise they're on, and all they seem to be doing is going at a steady pace.

Plus a little info on this 'cpu_opt' would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Ahh good!
So I can just power both my cpu fans from the Cpu_fan header, and the cpu_opt header, then run my pump through the molex connecter to the psu? 😀

Maybe I'm just really slow but that guy went way too fast for me when it came to the cables. Thanks though!
