I'd like to know if I could use my Corsair H100i V2 with a EK-FC1080 GTX G1 - Acetal+Nickel for my 1060 or if I need to buy another rad

No. It was not designed to be expandable. You would need an AIO like the Swiftech H series or an EK predator to be expendable.
