Question Cpu & ram are not available

Hey guys, i've just formatted my pc and i'm using operating system windows 10 pro, but after formatting i opened my computer's properties to see that both cpu and ram are not available, i don't know what does that mean, as shown in this picture :

Does that mean that the motherboard drives is not installed or something? I have no idea.

Thank you for your help, i did try those steps, but they didn't work. I tried every suggested option out there, but still didn't had any change. So i formatted it, and it did it for me, however, thank you for your effort.
