CPU RAM Compatibility issue

I have a new motherboard I got to ipgrade my older system because I had an AM2+ board running DDR2.

New board is Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
AMD Phenom II X4 955 AM3
4x4GB Kingston HyperX Red DDR3-1600
intel SSD 128G primary
1TB HDD WD Black secondary
GTX460
Corsair TX750 PSU

I can swap the old MB and RAm and it works fine.

I can get it boot with 2 of the 4 sticks of ram only in slots 1,3
It only installs windows in Native IDE mode
Any other changes to BIOS results in hanging at DMI part of boot screen
AHCI should be enabled and working, it's more an oddity to me that thihs SSD detects at all in IDE mode.

The whole point in getting this new setup was to migrate to UEFI with GPT and upgrade to DDR3. The motherboard says it's UEFI yet I find no mention of it in the BIOS besides one setting to install from EFI CD Rom, I left this on AUTO

Kingston does not make a kit containing 4x4GB Kingston HyperX Red DDR3-1600.

You must be using multiple kits which carry no guarantee to work together, have never been tested together and are not recommended to be combined together.

What you are doing is "do it yourself" compatibility testing which may not be very economical.

Some workarounds to get extra memory to work include:
Lower memory clock speed
Relax DRAM timings
Increase DRAM voltage
Lower CPU multiplier

Next time please include part number(s) of memory or link to it.

This memory has been working for years in another system together, it is 2 kits KHX16C9B1RK2/8X both are exactly the same. I was under the impression that on dual channel boards although having the same memory in all slots is recommended its more important that the memory be the same that's paired because each channel has a different controller and can be set to operate independently.

No, even mixing exact same make and model RAM from different kits is not guaranteed to work without issue. I can think of 2 things, this motherboard is more sensitive to mixing RAM or you have a bent CPU pin.

I do have a slightly bent pin but i was able to correct it using a credit card. If it's bent back normal should it be ok? I have windows installed now, I have bios updated and and everything is working fine. But, the system says it's running in single channel mode. This motherboard is notorious for having mislabled connections on the board itself, the sata ports are all wrong. So I'm about to open it up and start moving the sticks in it around and if that works I'll try adding the other two sticks in. They should work together since they were in another build running overclocked together for years. I checked the serial numbers and they are same batch. I know it's not a guarantee but I know when they make and sell quad sets, that's what they would use.

Side note, I ran overdrive on it and let it autotune and it bumped the memory by 80mhz but it also loosened the timings way up. I've had people tell me tell me two different things to try and neither have been successful in my limited attempts. One was to set the speed and timing to spec and bump the voltage and the other was to loosen the timings up a lot and run it at the CPUs optimal speed, which I believe would be 1333mhz.
