CPU RAM etc.. For Adobe Premiere Pro

>Can you please state what kind of videos you will be editing (length, resolution, any special effects involved...)
I create photo slideshows and only sometimes I include pre-made small clips in them. My videos are approx. 5 mins long and only sometimes I create upto 10 mins long (which happens rarely)

Maximum resolution is 1080px and I use video effects like fading or text credits, zoom, pan etc. many time in a single video

>and your budget so i can help you more.
My currency is different than USD so if I tell you in USD then that would be 100% wrong due to currency fluctuation.
I tell you in other way which will give you more accurate info about my budget: I can easily buy in my local currency INTEL I-7 ( 6700 ) (1151).

FYI: I can stretch my budget a bit more if there is no option left. My personal preference is not to go for overcloking CPU because it needs extra cooler and I live in hot country and don't have AC and just using this metaphor to give you an example: if you want to suggest any CPU which cost equal to INTEL I-7 ( 6700K ) (1151) then I can go for that as well.

Hope I answered you question, if I missed anything please let me know.

No, I do NOT play games

No, there is no other task which I am going to do. I just want to create my photo slideshow for my work purpose and I have net surfing work, i usually open many Google+ windows that's it!.

2. On Intel's website I found in i7-6600 has in-built graphics which has 1.7 GB memory. Is it correct? So do I need additional GPU? I don't mean to say this is my preferred CPU just asking BTW. You guys know far much better than me.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that I also always
add 1 soundtrack (plays in background)
and my narration audio file in my each video,

hope it helps you to decide.

Since you omitted to specify a budget, there isn't much more we can suggest.

Or, if you really, really meant "best" then this might cut it:

Are you 100% sure this configuration i5 will work with Adobe Premier Pro because once I buy these the vendor won't take it back.

2. These MOBOs are available at here, let me know which is best
GIGABYTE B150 M- D3H (1151)
ASUS B150M-A D3 LGA 1151
Asus B150M-Plus D3 - LGA1151
GIGABYTE GA-B150M-D3H LGA 1151

3. As far as PSU is concerned only these are available:
ANTEC BP350 W SMPS
FSP GROUP PRO 400
CORSAIR CX430
ANTEC BP450 W SMPS

Should I go for BP350?

4. For boot ssd which one would be more appropriate:
SSD SAMSUNG 120 GB (850)
SSD SAMSUNG 850 EVO (250 G

because I'd install Windows 7 and later may upgrade to Windows 8?

5. Which RAM should I got for: DDR4-1866/2133 or DDR3L-1333/1600
Which is better brand KINGSTON, CORSAIR, HYPERX

I'm afraid, I didn't omit to mention the budget, if you go through my above reply carefully then you can come to know why budget can't be specified, there is a logical reason for that.

BTW do you get commission (affiliate etc...) if someone buys from these links because your configuration is 100% in opposite direction, extreme high end (it's Server CPU http://ark.intel.com/products/family/78583/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E5-v3-Family#@Server , in comparison to which @jollypirate had recommended after having a long discussion? I sincerely have 0% objection if someone gets commission but my only concern is @jollypirate had paid a lot of attention to figure out my requirement and finding right solution for my needs whereas your reply straightforwardly says that was all wrong?

Yeah an i5 wil defintely do the job, i could do what you will be doing with my old i5 760.
i would go for the GA-B150M-D3H motherboard since it supports ddr4 ram, with 8 or 16 gb of ram kingston hyperx and corsair al hace great ram so you will do fine with whichever
For the psu go with ANTEC BP450 W SMPS since it leaves you with a bit of headroom
A bigger ssd is always better and the 250gb is in a price sweetspot now (only 20$ more than a 120gb)
