I get this on part picker .. The Kingston 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Skylake CPU recommended maximum of 1.35V+5% (1.417V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.35V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

i just order my pc parts and i get to ram .
i5 6400
gigabyte z170-hd3 ddr3
gigabyte gtx 1060 3 gb
and now ram kingston 2x4 kinston 2400 .. ( i need some sugestions here)

Thanks

He (she?) above is partly right, but choose a ddr4 capable motherboard as well.Otherwise keep the max at 1.5V to be sure for the ram if choosing ddr3 (again why??).
