I just got my new CPU and Ram delivered yesterday (Ryzen 5 1600 with Stock Cooler, and Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4GB 2400) and i've been messing around with overclocks on both of them. I searched around a little bit and found that a lot of people can get that CPU (with the stock cooler) to 3.8GHz stable with around 1.35V. Now I dont know if I got lucky, but I can run mine at 3.8 with only 1.2375V (Idles around 38-40C). Also, I OCed my RAM to 3066 and have it running at between 1.344 and 1.360V. Just wanting to know if these voltages are safe.

Solution
Very good CPU voltage. As for RAM, this is not bad either. Personally I would try to stick below 1.35, but 1.36 should be good too.

Yea i havnt actually tried adjusting the voltage for RAM yet, still have it set on Auto. So i might be able to get it down lower. Thanks for the answer though.
