So i had gotten a virus however i dont think the virus is causing this because i did a full reset of my computer and reinstalled windows, and used hitmanpro malwarebytes and a ton of other anti virus software and nothing, however when this began i definitely had a virus so im wondering now if maybe it is coincidence, or maybe the virus changed some setting on my CPU

Maybe it is dust or maybe i need to put some more thermal paste on my pc but it is running at 70-95 degrees celsius and it blue screens quite a lot.

I am curious because before yesterday my pc was running at very low temps then all of a sudden (when i had a virus i was trying to remove) my CPU got extremely hot loud and slow, if it was dust or the thermal paste wouldnt it have been more of a gradual increase in heat? Or does it usually increase from low temps to high temps in a few minutes?

Anyways if anyone has any advice on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

The most likely case, if this happened suddenly, is you installed a bunch of anti-virus software which now runs in the background eating up resources such as cpu utilization and ram. Uninstall ALL of them and see if your computer operates faster. If not, then it is worth wiping your hard drive. To do this all you need is to go into more advanced options while installing Windows, again, and delete all the partitions on your disk. It's very rare for the virus to lodge itself in your motherboard firmware.
