Morning,

After a boot I am getting a serious error which does not let me boot.

Error states;

"CPU FAN speed error detected"
"Ensure that the CPU fan is properly installed on the CPU_FAN header or adjust/disable the Fan Speed low limit option the UEFI BIOS".

At the end it continues to say;

"CPU Temperature High"

Firstly I don't have a CPU fan it water-cooled. As for the temperature high it is so, it reaches over 105 degrees within a few seconds of booting and even burns to the touch.

I did remove the block to make sure it was correctly placed, removed/reapplied thermal paste for good measure. To no avail.

Not to sure on how to proceed, any help is appreciated.

Yes, you have a "CPU fan" , those are fans on the radiator.
BIOS needs to detect a running fan in the CPU_FAN header or it will refuse to BOOT-It also looks like the pump is not running either-
Time to divulge your main component list or it will be just guessing game.
Most AIO coolers need radiator fans connected to CPU_FAN header and pump to either AIO_PUMP, W_PUMP or any other header that can be set to full speed.
