CPU reaching 90 C temp!

When I play Dark Souls 3 I my CPU temp gets to 90+ degrees!Will that damage it and is it normal?I have a laptop Intel i7.Thanks in advance.

it's a laptop, it's normal, if it's not throttling then it isn't having to keep itself safe, so it's just about OK.

CPU's are designed to run at extremely high temps(look up your model to find what it is), but there is a limit to how hot you should let it get to. Try dusting your laptop, because although it may be ok for the computer, 90C may reduce your performance.
