Question CPU reaching almost 90c

Hey i have ryzen 5600 with stock cooler if i stress test using furmark cpu burner it reaches 88.4 is this normal?
when u stress test your cpu, you use it with maximum potential , stock cooler can't keep it cool when cpu is using all its power to do your job which is stress test
in AMD website the maximum temp for your cpu is 95° so it's ok if it gets up to 88.4° but don't let it get there cuz it would cut the cpu life

would it get that hot otherwise like gaming rendering ?

and would it cut its life if i let it go like that for so long time or doing that test is dangerous and it already cut its life ?

let the stress test goes for like 10 mins, if you got stable temp, that's the temp your cooler gives you while your cpu is under stress, if it didn't get you stable temp, let it be under stress for more 10 mins, that should get to a temp which is stable
if it didn't stop and get stable after total of 25-30 mins but went up every minute then it's dangerous, don't let it get up to 95°, that's dangerous for your cpu
i highly recommend using a liquid cooler for rendering or doing anything which utilizes cpu too much

when it reached 88 i stress bot gpu and cpu i tried doing only on cpu run for 8 mins it got up to 86 and back to 80 after 7 minutes. raised around 83 back but max was 86

I think the limit is 95 so should be ok. May not be a bad idea to get a better cooler. I use a wraith prism with my 5600x and I don’t think it goes above the 60s. Keep in mind if you are just gaming, some games aren’t cpu intensive so they cpu load will go up and down but shouldn’t be 100% all the time.

The Wraith Stealth is a type of air cooler called a downdraft.
Yes, your results are normal. Better to just get a tower air cooler or AIO/CLC.
The downdrafts are held back by today's PC trends; they don't get fresh air anymore in a lot of setups.
The Wraith Stealth doesn't have as high thermal capacity as the Wraith Prism either.
is it okay or is it at level i should change rn testing with prime95 for a bit now it goes up to 88 highest 85 avarage

Does Prime 95 represent how you use the cpu at all?
If it doesn't, then use the system how you intended to, then get back with us on the results.
i will be gaming usually i just build the pc and want to see how everything is working i think 88 degree is not to bad and i will not even reach that point while gaming

That's the reason for my last post. Prime 95 doesn't do anything with the gpu. Games utilize the cpu, ram, and gpu in a variety of ways.

The Wraith Steath's closest 'cool air intake' inside the Lancool II Mesh is sloppy seconds from the gpu.
Don't be surprised if the cpu runs just as hot(or hotter) in certain games than it did from Prime 95.
Heat from both cpu + gpu, and no cool air to offset any of it. That's the dilemma here.

idk if that is a good idea but tried running both cpu and gpu benchamark using furmark and like you said cpu did go up to 91 degree and got me worried it says its okay up to 95 degrees but idk is this okay ?

From a thermal testing standpoint, sure. But Prime95 and Furmark are in no way a realistic representation of what games will do. If the computer survives a burn-in test like that, it'll be fine with any game you throw at it.

it go up to 90.5 and stayed there it was cpu ccd1 was showing 91.2 for milisec and going back down to 90.5 so i shouldnt worry everything is okay right ?
