Any 6000 or 7000 series chip (6th and 7th gen Intel). These are somewhat older processors, so buying them new would end up costing a lot. Used market is best. Still, depends on what you mean by budget. i3, i5, i7 are out there.

i3: Dual core with hyperthreading
i5: Quad core
i7: Quad core with hyperthreading

Gold edition was really limited to the Pentium (which are low end) and the server line of chips. Most consumer chips just get a cryptic model name.

which cpu do u think is really good for gaming, in my case is gta online and some competitive online games? im currently using G4560 and is really terrible for that both games, my kind of budget is about 100 - 200$

It will might very well possibly cost more to find an i7-6700/6700K or 7700 /7700K than it would to find a B450/R5-3600 combo...; you'd fare better with the latter despite needing a new mainboard, as there are no $100-$200 market for the i7 models listed above yet..

You're probably limited to 6th gen intel cpus. 7th gen requires BIOS update.
Motherboard manufacturer doesn't seem to provide BIOS updates in their support page.

So your options are:
i5-6400, i5-6500, i5-6600/K, i7-6700/K.
