Question CPU red debug light + GPU fan is not working ?

So i just built this pc today, and i’ve gotten a lot of issues. The cpu debug light has been red constantly, and my gpu fans won’t work. The LEDs for the cpu cooler and gpu both work.

I’m using a ryzen 7 3700x and asus radeon rx 5700 xr. Motherboard is msi mag tomahawk b550.

I already tried updating the BIOS. Any help would be greatly appreciated

evga 750 w 80+ gold and vengeance rgb pro ddr4. i checked for bent pins a few times and i don’t see any.

Also, possibly unrelated, but the power button for my computer doesn’t work when turning it off. Only works to turn it on.
