Question CPU Red LED - no boot

Hello i'm in desperate need of help to figure this out
My PC was working fine before, heavy gaming and all. It just didnt work after a shut down
Basically when I boot up my pc, my RGB fans will light up for a sec then stop and then when the CPU led becomes red, everything starts spinning ( fan and rgb ).
I bought a new power supply as I was able to boot to bios with my friends PSU but it didnt work for me.

Any idea? I've tried CMOS reset alot of times already..

Either the cpu or MB has problem.

What brand/model is your friend PSU? Also can you list your PC spec.?
