Cpu Red light

I built my PC about 3 months ago. One day I tried to turn it on and got a cpu red light on my asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 motherboard. I checked my cup and a pin was broken, bought a new cpu and installed it. I then updated my bios and still nothing. I also proceeded to completely rebuild my pec. I have a amd am3+ fx processor.

I don't understand the question, how are you able to bench it when it doesn't post?, is it posting at all?
