CPU replacement Acer aspire E 15

I have Acer aspire E1 5 with Intel® core™ i3-4005U 1.7ghz, Nvidia® GeForce® 920M 2GB graphic Card, 4GB DDR3 Memory.

Can I replace my current Cpu(Intel® core™ i3-4005U 1.7ghz) to Intel Pentium E5300 2.60GHz?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to upgrade the CPU. It's soldered to the motherboard, and it's impossible to replace.
