Cpu resilience. Need some advice

Basically long story short I put a new stick of ram in my pc while the pc was on and nothing was displaying on my screen. Yes I understand it was stupid. What's the chance that my ram and cpu have survived this. Btw I have a i3 6200 and a hyper X fury ram Stick

Processor is probably okay, RAM is iffy, and the motherboard is probably a gonner too.

Yep I was pretty sure the motherboard was toast , I've got a new motherboard and ram ordered so I'll see what happens. Thanks for answering man
