CPU restarting every time

Hi,
today morning when I turned on the CPU, it just starts ok..after 3 to 4 seconds...cpu turnds off automatically and then again started...again repeat same thing...pls suggest

This could be a number of things a faulty power supply corrupt bios ram issues would appreciate if you could give more info so I can narrow down the problem
