I am trying to build a gaming pc and I was wondering if I could reuse my Intel Core i7-3770 in it. The CPU hasn't been used for anything more than everyday computing (YouTube, Facebook etc.) and some low-end games.
I'm on a budget and I don't want to spend money on a CPU if I don't need to.
Also, I am going with new gpu gtx 1060 in this build.

Thanks.

You can use the 1060 with that processor. You may want to invest in a new PSU if your current one is 5 years older or more. The Corsair CXM 450 would be a good budget choice for that graphics card.
...well typically it's not a rebuild if you are using the same CPU. Don't think they even make motherboards for that particular socket these days, so you are stuck using your current mobo if you stick with the same CPU in most cases.
